We serve 5th–8th grade Black girls in Charlotte, NC through school- and community-based group mentoring programs.

Girls meet regularly for guided discussion, SEL curriculum, mentorship, and career exploration, building confidence, self-advocacy, and leadership skills they carry beyond the program.

We empower black girls to break barriers to achieve their goals and be fearless, resilient, and self-confident leaders.

Black girls will be visionary leaders shattering glass ceilings in seeking interest in various professional careers while being powerful forces within and outside of their communities.
